Cancellation Policy with
AMC SEN Home Tutor, Guildford

Please note that I am no longer able to provide a free consultation service, due to a high number of cancellations, which has prevented me from booking services for other service users. I regret that I now must receive, upon booking, 20% of the hourly rate booking fee to secure all bookings.

Please give a minimum (where possible) of 48 hours’ notice period of cancellation prior to a booked session. This allows me to provide other clients a slot and continue to support those who require my services. It also allows me to reduce the time of potential clients waiting for availability.

Please note that without booking confirmation (7 calendar days) before a booked slot, any slot (not confirmed) may be booked by those wishing to secure a booking.

I understand that sometimes a cancellation is unavoidable, and you may be unable to give a 48-hour notice period. If you cancel more than twice after pre-booking a session and give less than 48 hours’ notice, then you may still be charged.
